Don't Sweat It

Commercial development and construction is hard, but don’t sweat it. From concept to delivery and all of the logistics that comes with it, you need a contractor that “gets it” and makes the process better; a contractor that loves it and thrives on the desire to make the customer happy. This attitude defines Arch-Con.

We are a corporation based on the design-build philosophy. What is that? Arch-Con believes architecture and construction is symbiotic, hence our name integrating architecture and construction. We have a deep respect for designers and the design process and have a passion for it. Well-designed buildings should be well-built buildings. It is that simple. Therefore, we promote an atmosphere of teamwork with the entire design and development team, keep the big picture in front of us and manage the delightful and difficult details throughout the entire project.
