A 25,000-square-foot Total Wine along with a 10,000-square-foot Ulta are the anchor tenants. An additional 25,000 square feet of inline retail include a Flower Child, Stickhouse and Main Squeeze Juice Co. The center was developed by Howard Hughes Corporation and its subsidiary, The Woodlands Management Development Company, LLC. and the architect is CDA Architects.
