This Floor & Décor located in Tulsa, Oklahoma is a major 58,500-square-foot renovation project of an existing building with site and facade modifications as well as a mezzanine addition. With a 16-week construction schedule, the project was substantially complete on time despite a two-week weather delay due to below freezing temperatures. This is Tulsa’s first Floor & Décor and second for the state of Oklahoma. Floor & Décor is a national leading retailer of hard surface flooring.
Arch-Con has built a number of Floor & Décors including Floor & Décor – Humble, Floor & Décor – McKinney, Floor & Décor – Denton as well as Floor & Décors’ 1.5 million-square-foot main distribution center near Houston’s ship channel.
