Academy Sports + Outdoors #378 is a ground-up 62,575-square-foot tilt-wall retail building in Seguin, Texas. The store is a part a Seguin Crossing, a new retail development for this growing community. Arch-Con’s scope of work includes the shell construction and full interior build-out (FF&E by Academy). The exterior has EIFS, paint and veneer stone finishes. Site work includes sidewalks and a loading dock. This is Arch-Con’s seventh project for the national retailer.
