This 150,000-square-foot two-story remodel of an existing building and 26,000-square-foot expansion is for Frazer, a company providing factory-direct Emergency Medical Services (EMS) vehicles. This build-to-suit includes renovating 60,000 square feet into a customer delivery showroom, computer-based training center and executive offices. The remaining 90,000 square feet will be converted into S-1 manufacturing. Arch-Con’s scope of work also includes refurbishing a 3,000-square-foot skylight system, building a fabrication and welding shop as well as installing a compressed air system and emergency generator. The expansion is to fit Frazer’s large fabrication, welding, and paint equipment.
