The Doctors’ Pavilion is a 112,505-square-foot medical office building located on more than four acres of the HCA Houston Healthcare North Cypress campus at 10425 Huffmeister Road. The building designed by Davis Stokes Collaborative utilizes SidePlate® moment frame technology to speed erection time, save on steel and other efficiencies. The multi-functional, multi-use four-story building was developed by Denver-based NexCore Group in collaboration with the physician partners of North Cypress Land Ventures.
Arch-Con’s scope of work included the ground-up building construction as well as the build-out of 20 diverse medical office suites including General Surgery, Urology, Bariatric Surgery, Gastroenterology, Pulmonology, Nephrology, Family Practice, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Cardiology, Psychology, Podiatry, and a multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center.
