SpringHill Suites River Village is a 150 guest room hotel with double queen and king size bed units as well as suites with balconies overlooking outdoor amenities and the Guadalupe River. The 7th floor includes an Executive Suite and Junior Executive Suite, also with river-view balconies. Outdoor amenities include a walk-up bar, two-level pool, pool side cabanas, grassy areas, fire pit and seating, lounge areas and walk paths that lead to river access. Level one indoor amenities include guest check-in, bar and lounge seating, restaurant and grab-and-go retail areas. Ground level outdoor amenities include an outdoor terrace walkway that overlooks the river with seating, eating and lounge areas that include bar access. This hotel is greatly needed to serve visitors to New Braunfels during peak season and off-season periods. This is Arch-Con’s second hospitality project for Oldham Goodwin having built the Springhill Suites Fort Worth Historic Stockyards.
