The I-20 Commerce Center is a new 900,581-square-foot, precast tilt-wall storage facility for industrial use building that is easily accessible to major highways 30, 35 and 45. The building has full sprinkler fire protection with 155 – 9’x10’ dock doors and 4 – 12’x14’ dock doors with ramps for vehicle access to the interior of the building. Three of the building corners will have aluminum entrances for office areas, Clerestory windows with louvers for two air exchanges per hour, and ample space for office parking as well as trailer/truck and maneuverability.
