Project Accountant
Job Location: HoustonDescription
This position will be responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing and job costs functions for specific projects within the accounting department.
The Project Accountant reports to the Project Account Manager. This is a full-time, salary, exempt, in-person position.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze and maintain project expenses
- Manage the budget and pending collections
- Subcontractor billing and processing
- Subcontract Document Control-lien releases, W-9’s, insurance certificates
- Invoice coding and data entry
- Draw requests to Owner for work that is completed
- Check issuance
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
