This concrete tilt-wall, rear-load warehouse project includes a 2,773-square-foot speculative office buildout and associated site improvements. The two truck ramps have 12×14-foot overhead doors and a clear height of 32-feet. Site development included importing approximately 30,000 yards of select fill for the building pad, storm, sanitary, and water utilities for the facility as well as lime stabilize subgrade for paving, and 7” paving at truck courts. This was delivered on time for Prologis and designed by Powers Brown Architects.
