This three-building industrial warehouse development is a joint venture between real estate powerhouse Hines and Denver-based land development company EnviroFinance Group (EFG). The acquired land was originally a wood treatment facility and subject to brownfield site redevelopment. Arch-Con’s scope of work consists of the ground-up, tilt-up construction of the three buildings, totaling 581,000 square feet, with truck and auto parking, site amenities, additional utilities to tie into existing utility corridors, landscaping and site retention. Quantum 56 Phase I was awarded Industrial Development of the Year from NAIOP Colorado.
